Exploring how AI, evolving customer expectations and emerging trends are reshaping the future of CX in financial services.

Customer expectations continue to evolve at pace, driven by new technologies, changing behaviours and growing demands for seamless, personalised experiences. At the same time, AI is transforming how organisations understand, serve and engage with their customers.

Designed for Professional Bankers, this online event will explore the future of customer experience and what it means for banking and financial services professionals.

Delivered by IOB Faculty member Paul Doyle, this event will discuss why CX remains a critical business priority and highlight the key trends shaping the profession.

Using relevant case studies, the event will also demonstrate how leading organisations are using AI to enhance customer interactions and create meaningful value.

To access this event you will need to hold a current Professional Banker designation with IOB.

This event will automatically close midnight the day before or if its fully booked.

There is 1 CPD hour available for the holders of the Professional Bankers designation only
