My work focuses on how organisations use data to make better strategic decisions. I’m a senior advisor and consultant working with leadership teams in financial services, regulated environments, and founder-led organisations.

My focus is on helping organisations move from data ambition to practical, decision-ready capability. Alongside my advisory work, I design and deliver Level 9 postgraduate teaching in Data and Analytics for Financial Services. My work focuses on building strong data foundations, governance, and organisational capability that enable organisations to make confident use of advanced analytics and AI, rather than adopting tools without readiness.

Previously, I founded and scaled multiple ventures, held senior executive roles including Managing Director and Head of Global Marketing, and advised organisations through periods of growth, restructuring, and digital transformation. I’ve worked at board, executive, and founder level across both commercial and non-profit contexts.
