Is your head spinning at the pace of change in the digital world? If your answer is “yes” then you are not alone! Some organisations are at the digital frontier, whilst others find themselves struggling to catch up. Wherever they are on the digital motorway, sustainability, even survivability, will depend on each organisations’ capacity to strategically leverage advanced technology and deliver the digital products customers will love. They will need to achieve this whilst mitigating the challenges posed by these technologies, including ethics, governance, regulation and many others.

The recent wave of generative AI is just the latest in a parade of new technologies which are transformative for our sector. In this ‘taster event’ for the new Professional Diploma in Digital Financial Services, Dr. Larry Stapleton is joined by Paul Doyle to review a technology which has captured the headlines in 2023: Artificial Intelligence.

He explains what it is and why financial services firms need to pay attention. The event will give you a taste of the new programme, and how it will provide insights into the transforming digital financial services and products landscape.

There are no CPD hours available for this event.
