In this lunchtime session, Dr. Eamonn Caffrey, module coordinator on the Professional Diploma in Strategic Management will discuss the programme, how it is taught, and what you will get out of this advanced strategic management programme.
This event will provide an understanding of what the programme entails, how it is delivered and how you will benefit.
This event is perfect for anyone interested in undertaking the Professional Diploma in Strategic Management* and/or the MSc in Financial Services Pathway programme. *This programme is subsidised as part of the Government’s Springboard+ initiative.
Dr. Eamonn Caffrey holds a BSc (Hons) & MA in Business and Information Technology (IT), and an MBS in International Business. He was awarded a PhD by the University of Dublin, Trinity College.
His doctoral thesis focused on the role of middle managers in aligning business and IT strategies in public organisations. He has extensive corporate development and management experience having previously worked with multinational organisations around the world.
Current interests are prioritised by teaching, research, advisory-related activity, writing and publishing. Research foci are concerned with strategy, leadership, change and technology. Teaching interests cover organisation and management; strategic management; and leadership and change. Eamonn’s teaching involves working with Undergraduate and Postgraduate students and Executives.
