Brought to you by the IOB Belfast committee, this event is an ideal introduction to the subject of cognitive diversity and its application into the workplace.

The world we operate in is volatile, complex and uncertain. During this event we examine the power of rebel ideas - diverse thinking. Understanding these differences in thinking, and how to harness them, enables teams to tackle problems in new ways and increase their innovation and productivity.

For organisations, building a culture of inclusion around these varied perspectives strengthens that culture, builds agility in change, and ultimately drives better business results.

The main content areas which will be covered include:

• What is cognitive diversity and why does it matter?

• Learn how to leverage cognitive diversity as a strategic advantage

• Discover how individuals own thinking guides the success of their team

• Consider how teams think (and work) and the potential to make or break their organisations

• Understand the primary derailers of communication, innovation, and productivity within and across functions.

The event will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have access to Zoom in advance of the event taking place. Zoom is available on all PCs, laptops, tablets and Apple or Android devices.

The link to join the event will be emailed to registered members on the day of the event. The registration for the event will close once we reach capacity or at 12pm the day before the event.
