Eva is a business strategist, educator, and researcher with deep domain expertise in banking strategy, digital transformation, and financial innovation, underpinned by a PhD in Strategy focused on dynamic capabilities and strategic decision-making in retail banking.
With over a decade of experience across Ireland and Europe, Eva has worked closely with C-level executives, financial institutions, and regulatory-adjacent bodies, providing strategic insights into how organizations navigate compliance-heavy environments, unlock competitive advantage, and respond to industry disruption. š©āš¼š
Eva is an Assistant Professor at Corvinus University of Budapest, where she teaches, Internationalisaton Stratgies for Small Business Ventures, International Business Economics, Entrepreneurhsip and Innovation, Complex Problem Solving and Applied Business Economics. She also lectures part-time at the Institute of Banking (UCD) in Dublin, delivering executive-level education in Strategic Decision-Making, Strategy and Culture in Digital Transformation, Business Management and Research Methods.
