Stress is the feeling of emotional or physical tension we experience when we are overwhelmed.

It is your body’s reaction to any situation or event that feels important to you and you judge yourself unable to cope with effectively.

It can be temporary and we are built to withstand this type of stress, however, long term stress has an undeniable negative effect on our health and wellbeing. In this session we will explore stress, help you to identify the source of stress you may be experiencing and make some suggestions about how to manage stressful times and events in the future.

The event will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have access to Zoom in advance of the event taking place. Zoom is available on all PCs, laptops, tablets and Apple or Android devices.

The link to join the event will be available in IOB Learn

The registration for the event will close once we reach capacity
