This masterclass from the Executive Education 2020/21 Masterclass series is designed with busy executives in mind, offering them the opportunity to be immersed in the specialised topic of interest during a short and practically focused session.

The masterclass will consider the following concepts amongst others:

  • the nature of human behaviour

  • how to identify the conscious and subconscious factors that drive behaviour

  • how this information can be used to achieve and measure sustainable behavioural change.

The class will also include a practical example of conducting a behavioural analysis, based on an exemplary case study.

The professional development and personal enjoyment of participants is at the centre of our programmes' design and delivery, facilitating an immersive and exhilarating learning environment for all.


The event will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have access to Zoom in advance of the event taking place.

Zoom is available on all PCs, laptops, tablets and Apple or Android devices. The link to join the event will be emailed to registered members on the day of the event. The registration for the event will close once we reach capacity or at 12pm the day before the event.

Joanne Reinhard

Joanne works at &samhoud as a behavioural change expert. Her work focusses on applying insights from behavioural science to help realise behavioural change in areas such as financial decision making, risk management, and employee health.

Prior to joining &samhoud in 2017, Joanne worked for 5 years at the Behavioural Insights Team in London.

She advised the UK government on various behavioural change challenges in the domain of financial decision making, labour markets and organisational behaviour.

Her research on debiasing recruitment processes at a UK police force resulted in a scientific publication.

Joanne holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from University College Utrecht and a MSc in Cognitive and Decision Sciences from University College London.


Merijn Duchatteau

Merijn has worked as a behavioural change expert for several years and has been with &samhoud since 2019.

He has broad experience analysing conscious and subconscious root causes of behaviour as well as developing tailored and scientifically supported behavioural change interventions using techniques such as Nudging and Gamification.

He has applied this expertise to help with a variety of challenges such as decreasing financial risk, increasing employee motivation, improving health behaviour and improving collaboration across teams.

Merijn holds master degrees in Behavioural Science as well as Work, Health and Organizational psychology.
