Do you know the difference between an EU Directive and an EU Regulation? Do you know what a Regulatory Technical Standard is?
In conversation with IOB’s Director of Funds Martina Kelly, Declan Casey will set out how the EU legislative framework is developed, including who does what and how stakeholders can engage with the legislative process through different stages.
Given Declan’s many years in Irish Funds, the examples will focus on the funds and asset management sector, but the session will be of interest and relevant to all financial services sectors.
