For the last 18 months COVID-19 has created dramatic disruptions in workplaces around the world, the list of adjustments and challenges is astounding, from wearing a mask all day, to home schooling children while being on an endless stream of zoom calls from a temporary home office. These different working conditions have caused many different challenges for us.

Take an hour for yourself and join us as Siobhán Murray, Author of Best-Selling Book ‘The Burnout Solution’, takes us through:

  1. How to recognise stress and what its effects are

  2. What the changes to the workplace may be and how to cope with the new reality

  3. Protecting your personal emotional energy

  4. Creating healthy boundaries and how to communicate them

  5. Managing morning anxiety in the return to the office

  6. The importance of positive

  7. Managing personal interactions in a safe and supportive manner to create a workspace that will function well in a pandemic influenced world


The event will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have access to Zoom in advance of the event taking place. Zoom is available on all PCs, laptops, tablets and Apple or Android devices. The link to join the event will be emailed to registered members on the day of the event.

The registration for the event will close once we reach capacity or at 2pm the day before the event.

Siobhan holds a B.A. in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Diploma in Mindfulness, is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), is a certified Life Coach, certified Personal Trainer and Motivational Speaker. She is the founder of Twisting the Jar, her company specialising in Resilience and Burnout, she was a subject matter expert on the acclaimed RTE TV Series ‘Stressed’. Her best-selling book ‘The Burnout Solution’ has opened up the conversation around Burnout and recently she appeared on The Late Late Show discussing her own experience of Burnout. Siobhan’s career spans three decades working in Entertainment Industry, for artists such as Elton John, Corporate sectors and Not-For-Profit sectors. She was instrumental in the building of the Ronald House at Crumlin Children’s Hospital and was Head of Communications for McDonald’s Restaurants of Ireland. It was Siobhan’s passion for understanding how our minds work and how the hectic pace we live our lives is creating an epidemic of Burnout both personally and professionally that inspired her to change careers and her lifestyle which is a continuing work in progress. Siobhan has partnered with PepTalk to share her tips and experiences on how to navigate the wonderful, hectic world we live in! Siobhan is currently studying for her Masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and working on her second book.

As an expert on Burnout Siobhan is a regular contributor to print, radio and television both in Ireland and globally with recent interviews on BBC World Service and Canadian TV.
