Ms. Lederman is a Non Executive Director and Certified Investment Fund Director. She currently sits on the board of Octopus Alternative Investment Fund Management Ltd and is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. 

Ms. Lederman’s international financial services career has spanned over 30 years, including: CFO for a private equity fund group (Zurich – Akina Limited), impact investing (Shorebank International and International Finance Corporation), Country Head and VP in Investment Banking with J.P. Morgan (Prague and London), and has lectured MBA students in Finance and Economics. With an investment banking background and by working with international development banks, Ms. Lederman is experienced in assessing and advising business, including investment vehicles in both developed and emerging economies, audit and risk management of funds, structuring and valuation of investments, and due diligence for transactions across different sectors.

Sidharth (Sid) Patel is responsible for business development for BBH’s Investor Services business in Europe. In his role, Sid works with new and existing clients to develop solutions for their cross-border fund servicing and foreign exchange needs across their UCITS and AIF fund ranges.

Since joining BBH in 2012, Sid has held various roles within Investor Services. Prior to joining the London team, Sid worked as a Relationship Management Analyst based in Boston, focused on BBH’s cross-border fund servicing business distributing into the Japanese market. He has also held various roles within the Service Delivery group. Sid is also involved in BBH’s Black Affinity Network in London, a BBH Affinity Network Community (BANC) group that provides opportunities for Black BBHers to further their personal and professional development, build relationships, and collaborate with employees of all backgrounds, expertise, and levels across the firm.

As Global Head of Client Service and Relationship Management for FX Currency Administration, Mark Kieran oversees relationship excellence and his teams, in Boston and Luxembourg, are responsible for the daily oversight of the hedging program. Prior to his current role, Mark held a senior management role in BBH’s Client Service Group in Boston. Mark holds a B.A. in Law from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
