On 15 September 2020, IOB hosted a live webinar focusing on the key themes addressed in the Central Bank of Ireland's inspection of Cybersecurity Risk Management in Asset Management Firms earlier this year.
Siobhan Walsh, Director of Executive Education, opened the webinar by introducing the speakers Laura Wadding, Justin Egan and Jackie Fox.
The panellists looked at the findings of the ‘Dear CEO’ letter, as well as the Central Banks proposal to prescribe the Chief Information Officer as a PCF and finished off by looking at the latest cyber threats and how they can be tackled as an industry together.
