Nominations open today for the IOB Future of Finance Awards 2026. This is your chance to recognise a colleague or peer that is making a big impact with their financial services organisation.
Recognise outstanding financial services leaders
The IOB Future of Finance Awards is IOB’s flagship campaign to recognise financial services professionals who are leading innovative and impactful projects.
Submitting a nomination is free and open to all financial services organisations and professionals across the island of Ireland.
Every individual nominated for the Awards will be recognised for their work. Shortlisted nominees will receive national recognition and will join peers and industry leaders at the IOB Future of Finance Awards ceremony, to be held in Dublin in March, 2026.

Nominations will close on 7 November 2025 at 5pm.
All nominations received by IOB will be reviewed and assessed by an expert panel of judges.
