ABOUT
Have you ever considered how strategic decisions are made? Are you aware of the hidden traps of the strategic decision-making process? When we are thinking of strategy and how to succeed in a market, we often overlook one of the most important elements, which is the organisation itself. The organisational environment such as leadership, senior management diversity, company culture can significantly influence how opportunities are perceived, translated into actions and subsequently implemented.
If you would like to find out more about how the organisational context influences the strategic decision-making process, please join us for this taster event.
This event will be held over Zoom. Please ensure you have access to Zoom in advance of the event taking place. Zoom is available on all PCs , laptops, tablets and Apple or Android devices. The link to join the event will be emailed to registered members on the day of the event.
The registration for the event will close once we reach capacity or at 11.55pm the day before the event.
