To celebrate International Women’s Day 2026, we are proud to announce a new scholarship to support women’s leadership in the financial services industry. The new scholarship will fully fund participation in the IOB Inside Out Leadership programme, run in partnership with WomanUp. The Inside Out Leadership programme is specifically designed for women working in managerial roles in the financial services sector and focuses on developing the confidence, self-awareness and leadership capability required to lead effectively in a complex and evolving environment.
