As we near the end of our milestone 125th anniversary year, we are looking to the future with the start of an exciting new chapter for IOB and our corporate and individual members.

We are delighted to introduce our new strategy IOB 2030 – A Sustainable Future. A blueprint for how we will support you – our corporate and individual members - for the rest of this decade.

With our last strategy, we reinvented IOB’s member proposition with the development of our personalised learning platform IOB Learn, and the introduction of new education programmes across ESG, digital and data and risk management.

Now, with IOB 2030, we will continue to deepen our education portfolio to support our members to gain the skills required to succeed in an ever-transforming sector. Recognising our global strength, we will continue to grow our offerings outside of the island of Ireland.

At this exciting time for the sector’s growth and development, upskilling, reskilling and lifelong learning have never been more important. IOB 2030 is a bold and ambitious plan.
