IOB Regulatory Insight Sessions: The Irish Banking Culture Board 2021 surveys of Bank Culture and Public Trust in Banking

The Irish Banking Culture Board (IBCB) launched the findings of two independent surveys of culture and trust levels in banks and the banking sector in Ireland in May 2021.

In this interview, recorded in June 2021, Evelyn Cregan, Director of Compliance and Governance Education in IOB, talks to Marion Kelly IBCB CEO to talk us through the results.

The interview opens with a discussion on Marion’s background and her passion for good governance in the banking industry. She also talks us through the steps that she along with the team in IBCB are taking to help rebuild trust in the industry, based on the findings of the surveys they have conducted.
