Join IOB and Mary Gordon for an engaging discussion on the role that ethics plays in the world of financial services. Mary will use practical examples and real-life case studies to draw out some of the key ethical issues facing financial services professionals today. From conflicts of interest to whistleblowing, fraud to insider trading, this session will equip attendees with practical tools to find their ethical voice.

Mary holds the position of Deputy Registrar in IOB having qualified from UCD with a Bachelor of Civil Law (with French Law) in 2003 and practiced at the Bar of Ireland until 2013. With over 18 years of experience in Higher Level education, Mary’s research interests include ethics, leadership, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
